im installing the water sensor that goes in the bottom of the fuel filter. i have upgraded to the RACOR fuel head, when splicing from the jeep to the new sensor, is there a negative/positive or does it matter what wire connects to what? i dont think it matters because all it has to do is complete a connection to activate the indicater light on the dash. just wanted to make sure.

Typically positive will be cavity 1, and ground will be cavity two.
But it shouldn't matter really.
