Do you have a Green Diesel Engineering tune to limit EGR function. May just simply be in limp mode. Is the check engine light on? If so it is probably the P0401 code. |

Any other work done at the same time? Did you tighten down the clamps on both the elbow kit and your CAC hoses so you don't have any boost leaks? Throwing any codes? |

Stage 1 and 2 and also had to change the fuel line plus return manifold Based on the info provided it would seem your issues stem from something deeper than the EGR delete. P0401 - normal after deleting the EGR. Need a tune to remove the CEL: viewtopic.php?f=98&t=78418 or http://www.greendieselengineering.com P1140 - check to make sure the Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid is plugged in. If so, inspect the wiring, and lastly replace: http://www.idparts.com/vacuum-solenoid- ... -3211.html P0183 - check your connections and wiring at the fuel head. If you don't have the updated fuel head, it's time to upgrade: http://www.idparts.com/updated-fuel-fil ... -4723.html |
