Josh has one that I was going to buy, but I think I am going to take the easy route, and use a junker CRD as my "running engine stand". I know Josh, thanks for letting you know lol. I'll send him a message for you. |

np, I'm guessing it will work. Does the service manual have separate diagrams for the different years, no right? I think it will work, but I bet Keith would know. |

The engine harness, it connects to injectors, glow plugs, engine sensors and all. The original was spliced in several places, including at locations where it connects to the SEGR modification. I am wondering if the engine bay harnesses are all the same between years and models.. i.e. 2005-2006 years and the sport and limited models. The CRD that I need the harness for is a 2006 limited. |

Between 05/06 it wont matter about the trim level. However there may be a difference between the 05 and 06 in the PN. I suspect that you will have no issue using an 05 harness in an 06. However, I would first check the 05 and 06 parts fiche, if the PN is different then I would look at the 05 and 06 manuals lookup the pinout and circuit diagrams. As you are aware the 06 is canbus, however this change should not effect the engine control side in the harness. |
