Post subject:  Coolant tank question
OK so I am new to jeeps... so I have been getting around mine cleaning this and that as per the noob guide... and I noticed the coolant expansion tank is only half used... like one side is redundant! !

Every other car or bike I have had used all the tank..

Is this normal.??if so what is the purpose of the empty part?

To be clear the tank is used only on the left side... nothing in the right side... it's like 2 tanks in 1..

The empty side is the overflow side.
There should be a hose from the radiator cap to the overflow.
