Finally got my crd running, turns out a bad injector was keeping it from building pressure.

Anyways now that it runs I have a leak at the fuel return bridge. During disassembly I broke the little nipple off the plastic bridge, figure I would try the brass fitting mod rather than purchasing a whole new bridge for $105.

It appears the plastic liner in the cp3 return line is preventing the barb fitting and hoe clamp from creating a good seal.

Any suggestions on how to seal the leak?

well its your choice brass or plastic both will do the job . so did you purchase a new injector or used ? they are very expensive so usually people don't include them as failure points i guess good reason is a cost . good to hear runs again.
