When I come to stop and release brake pedal there is movement in rear axle. Looks like axle is tilting upwards then goes back to position. What parts should I order? Is this combo of parts wearing with age. Shocks, Rear control arms, Upper bomerang. Parts Choice on the bay has some cheap parts. I can get everything $130ish. All this started with me racing jeep putting torque down to ground. Should I wait until it gets worse and more obvious? No recall in UTAH for lower control arms.

my bet is the upper boomerang.

although you should be able to have someone hit the brakes - and then try to push forward/backward and see movement

Mopar only - there are cheaper ones out there - but they are cheap in cost and manufacture.

lower arms - you should be able to pull and inspect.

shocks - manually bounce it up and down and see if they damp out the bounce should stop quickly.

Simple test: Place transmission in neutral with parking brake on good and tight, get under vehicle and insert a medium size screwdriver into rear U-Joint and rock drive shaft back and forth (forward and reverse) and look at what moves on all suspension items connected to rear axle and what does not move. Any excess movement or play in any of the suspension parts should be found very quickly...
Note: this test can also be done while vehicle is on a service rack while lifted!
