Got around to installing a Boost Gauge this weekend, see picture; tapped directly into the intake manifold for the pressure sensing line. Seeing 25 psig on steady acceleration up a moderate incline. What pressure are others seeing that have a Boost Gauge and possibly a higher performance tune?

I haven't seen 25 psi more than couple seconds, then it drops to about 22. That's pedal to the metal.

I usually see 23 max, then goes down to 20 with a full torque ECO tune.

I doubt that every automotive boost gauge is calibrated exactly the same.
Boost gauge doesn't matter. Its what the ECM senses from the MAP sensor that matters.
How does your boost gauge compare to the reading from the MAP sensor?

I installed a VDO mechanical boost gauge on mine. Tapped into the Weeks elbow.
My gauge reads about 1 psi below the MAP sensor reading.

With a stock tune, the gauge will peak at about 21psi, then settle down to about 17.
With the Yeti Stage 2 tune, the gauge will peak at about 22psi, then settle down to 18-19.

I installed a circuit that allows me to fool the MAP sensor into thinking boost is too low. With this I can turn up the boost to where it peaks at 28psi, then settles down to 25-26.
If I turn it up too much I will get a under-boost code.

I think flash is absolutely correct, every boost gauge will have an error, more or less.

I wonder with your boost turned up all of the way, if you gain any MPG's?

No.
Didnt notice any MPG gains but it felt like there was a little bit more power.

Turning up the boost is one thing. Gotta turn up the fuel too to find the right balance. I just havent figured out how to do that. All I can do right now is try different ECM tunes.
