I just go all of my parts and plan on starting to assemble it in the next day or 2. I was wondering what the TQ sequence is and tq value for head studs, and if there are multiple stages and what they are?

Also, any other pointers on the install? Anyone using any extra sealant on the Head gasket?

If you are using OEM head bolts there is no TQ value rather there is some weird do in this sequence to the angle; repeat to another angle; repeat to a final angle - see FSMs you can download from SirSams NOOB guide link.

If you are using ARP studs, as you should if you are in that far, there are several how to posts on the forum and yes there are TQ final values.

I have the sequence in the Research Request sticky thread, and you only need to do stages if you have removed the head entirely. If you are replacing the bolts one at a time with studs, then you can go directly to the final torque in any sequence you like. This is called a "one by one" installation.

The preparation instructions are the same: Each stud must be lubed on the NARROW THREADS ONLY and on both faces of the washer and the face and threads of the nut. Then pre-assemble the nut and washer onto the stud, flush to the top of the stud. Now thread it into the block hand-tight, and you are ready to torque. Do not use any lube on the wide threads.

The final torque for the center rows (bolts 1-10 on the chart) is 130 lb-ft and for the outer rows (bolts 11-18) is 120.

If you have replaced the head gasket, then you need to follow the pattern, and set them to 50, then 80. Then loosen each one in turn and reset the nut to flush with the top of the stud, turn the stud to hand-tight with the head again, and go to final torque of 130 or 120.
