MAde in USA timing pins by Freedom Racing?

I recently stumbled across a set of made in USA timing pins on http://www.freedomracing.com. These appear to be clones of the Miller VM.1052 and VM.1053 locking pins. They also sell a USA made VM.1089 crankshaft pin clone. Anyone have experience with these? These are not part of the complete Chinese timing kit which they also sell. These are just the pins.

Freedom Racing also lists a whole set which has all three pins and the belt tensioner tool... Not sure of the quality...

Yep, that's the Chinese set I was referring to in my OP. Lost member olypopper tried this set and wasn't satisfied with the fit of the intake and exhaust pins. According to olypopper, Freedom Racing refunded the purchase price and allowed him to purchase a new set of Miller tools.

Does anyone have personal experience with these pins. I was going to order the pair and this wrench:

That wrench is may not be very well made, get the one from IDparts.
The Metalnerd tool is all one piece (billet) and is strong enough that I have done several dozen CRDs with it and have had no problems at all with the strength or quality. Professional grade.

Get that one. You pull the handle off and you will find 2 more pins for timing belt tensioners, and you can decide which are the more comfortable ones to use.

I can testify to the quality of the Metalnerd tool as I saw Geordi use it last weekend. I will also say that the brands that are listed on Freedom Racing for that wrench - OTC, Kent-Moore and Miller are quality tools. I own a few and they are all well made. I have not heard of Rotunda tools, however.

I purchaced both tools so I could at least post a review. The tensioner tool is made in Germany, they don't make much junk there. Looks and feels like a solid tool.
