| Post subject: | Oil cooler studs |
As part of my working on head, decided to replace oil cooler+gasket. 3 of the studs need to be replaced. Do I have to use studs or could bolts be used instead? Just trying to understand the stud use. Thanks |

How tight did you torque the nuts down? Service manual talks about 47.1 N-m or 35 ft-lbs but that seems more than it can handle. |
