Cheers guys,
This engine is getting well long in the tooth, over 200km.
P1130 I think it has always had few years (has fuel lines replaced, and booster pump, fuelrail, MPROP valve etc but always this code

)
If P1511 is battery voltage makes sense as has flat battery from sitting with issue.
P0190 maybe and issue and P0606 maybe indicative.
Its a 2003 export model, probably has the wrong plugs installed now, in saying that it had the same codes
before swapping them out, starts the same and runs the same after replacing them with no new codes.
We wont be throwing anymore money at it, am prepared to maybe try some other 2nds injectors, or similar.
Maybe it has a bad wire to one of the glow plugs?
The early Export KJs use 11 volt glow plugs. These are powered with +12 volts direct from two Large relays inside the PDC under the hood....because of the high current draw there is a 1 volt drop across the relay contacts, leads and connectors.
There is no Glow plug Module at all.....the ECU turns on the two big relays for a pre-determined time and then drops the relays out. The ECU does no checking whatsover on the glow plugs....you could remove them and still get no errors. All the ECU on these early Export CRDs is interested in is that both large relays do not have their coils shorted out or open circuit.
So hopefully you replaced the glow plugs with the correct 11 volt ones or you will get bad cold starting...and smoke... but no errors.....some Export owners use NGK glow plugs...check with ausjeepoffroad.com to see what their members use. If you have the correct plugs installed maybe replace the two large glow plug relays....contacts may be burnt out. Measure the voltage at all the glow plugs...should be +11 volts for a short period of time.
From the 2002/3 Export CRD manual:
P1130 Fuel Rail Pressure Malfunction Pressure too low Leakage detected
Fuel Rail Pressure Malfunction Pressure Solenoid Open
Fuel Rail Pressure too High
Fuel Rail Pressure too low
P5111 Battery Voltage Sense Voltage 1 too Low or to High.....charge the battery and check all connections are good.
Other codes not listed.....try disconnect battery and re-plug connectors on the ECU
