P0093 Fuel System Leak Detected - Large Leak P0039 Turbo/Super Charger Bypass Valve Control Circuit Range/Performance Down to one DTC and fighting limp mode. When I turn key on/off 4x I get the P0039 code but when I read the scanner it reports a P0093 code. The limp mode is frustrating and happens all the time, I've tried several tunes and back to stock. I've eliminated a few codes with replacing my chipped ceramic 7v glow plugs for a set of metal tipped. Turbo hoses changed. New chrysler fuel filter/heater replaced. Fuel pressure sensor didn't make a difference. MAP sensor too. I'm biting the bullet and taking it to the dealer Wednesday unless your expertise can help me try something new. I've got an inline fuel pump but don't think the low pressure side is my problem, but I'm a newb. BTW, I completed Sam's newb thread awhile back. Great forum, appreciate the knowledge/expertise.

Key trick commonly reverses last 2 digits. Take dry paper towel and check for fuel leak(s) on all lines from the tank side of the filter head to all injector return lines plus with flashlight inspect injector bases for fuel leak indicated by pooled fuel or wet crud |

Thank you, PapaIndigo-will do and post back results. I'll throw the inline pump on too, I had misread the scanner and was focusing on the high pressure side. I ran the scanner on live mode several times recording the data and current Freezeframe data. Very high readings well over 100,000 kPa, when converted to fpsi, are not as scary. I saw 140,800 kPa but now understand it is nearing the 23,000 fpsi limits. I replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor unnecessarily. ![]()
