My water temp is acting strangely, after weeks kit install it hovers around 1/4 when ambient temperatures are cool, 50-60 ish, with a load, up hill, or 80-90+ temps it pops right up to exactly half, initially I thought thermostat, and I found references to a better housing, however I want to make sure I'm not missing some bypass that would keep it just a little cool but still leave enough restriction to keep temps up a little bit. |

You need a new thermostat. Dont buy the Crown one. |

It removes the device that deposits soot in the intake manifold aka EGR |
