Hello. I love my new to me crd, always been a gm man, but there's no owners manual. Seems like I saw a link somewhere to down load them, but can't find it again. Would like info on setting time on clock and maintenance schedules. :JEEPIN:

The owners' manual is usually hidden horizontaly in the top section of the Glove Box....many owners have gone for years thinking that they had no manual...have a look there!

If the manual is not there...you can download the 2005 KJ Service Manual which should give you most of that information.
Most 2005/6 Owners download both the 2005 and the 2006 manuals as one manual omits some information which is in the other manual and vice versa.

You can get a PDF copy of the Owner's Manual from the Jeep website; just go to the Owners section and click on the Manuals link. NOTE the FSMs and Owner's Manual have scattered "issues" related to fluid quantities and torque values. For example if you can do a full coolant drain, not possible due to location of bottom radiator hose relative to block, then a full coolant fill is likely 13.2 qts not the listed 11.8 qts; DCJ appears to have botched the metric to US conversion. Similarly there are several places in the FSM where the listed torque value is very obviously way too high.
