The Head Bolt Research sticky has all the info about that.
Just be careful to not break a socket and round off a bolt head.
I had one bolt that was over 150ft/lbs and required a special extractor socket to remove.

Well it started and didnt explode so i guess everything is ok. Is it possible to get the TB on the tensioner if the teeth are not all aligned properly? In other words if there are too many teeth between the cam gears or too many between the pump and crank gears, would you even be able to slip it over the tensioner?
