I have a very rough idle and I'm thinking it an injector, so I started it up and pulled the electrical connection on each of the injectors, the first 2 both radically increased the roughness, the third hardly made any difference in the rough idle. So is it safe for me to bet that the 3rd injector is the cause? No codes are detected, thanks

Thats a reasonable assumption.
But what about #4?

Just be sure to get the injector tested before buying a new one. You dont want to replace it and then find out it wasnt really bad.

well I'm sure you read many different methods how to check injectors , one of them is unplugging them one at the time like you did . but only accurate test is (as suggested ) is BOSCH bench test. so you say no fire on third cylinder , then remove it and send it for testing , if the injector passes the test (YOU WILL GET PRINT OUT AND FULL REPORT) then next step is compression test on that cylinder . assuming ECM is powering injector solenoid ,
