Are the transmissions in the 05 and 06 CRDs Interchangeable ? I have a 05 and am in need of a transmission. I can get a good deal ($1000) on a 06 with low(about 1k) miles on it will it work? |

Both the 05 and 06 use the same transmission. Any 545rfe will fit the CRD. |

You can also use a 545rfe out of a Dodge 1500 up to year 2010. I got a 24k mile under $500 with a TC. |
