ARB makes a front bumper.
None for the rear.
You might be better off finding a local welder who can copy one of the many custom designs posted on LostJeeps.

Roof racks are available everywhere. I got mine from Amazon.

GDE has the best tune. But there are some free DIY tunes available if you have a laptop computer and programming cable.

One of the best tunes you can get is a FREE ($0.00) tune that is available on this forum simply by downloading it and installing it; cost is only requires the purchase of a MPPS cable off ebay for ~20 bucks for communication.
Once you have the MPPS cable in hand, only other thing that is required is a laptop computer to do the PCM reflash...
Many on this forum have done this and are very happy with the results!!!
Read all about it at: > viewtopic.php?f=98&t=78418
