Rotors are out of specs! Only sure way to test is to put rotor on a brake lathe and check for being out of true.
Some shops do this on the vehicle nowadays without having to remove them from the vehicle...
Just looking at or visual inspection of them will not tell if they are true or not!!!!
If you have them turned or resurfaced,
be sure and install new quality brake pads...
Being slotted and / or cross drilled are good things to help dissipate brake pad heat more quickly!!!
