Without having to take it to the dealership, can someone who has 7 volt plugs please disconnect the relay attached to the side of the block of a cold engine. Hook a volt meter to it, cycle the key and let me know the readings for the first 10 seconds or so?

I need someone who has the 5 volt conversion to do the same. I have done this to mine in trying to determine some issues, but need a comparison.
