I mounted my Kennedy lift pump in the cavity above the rear differential. I was looking around under there and am now wondering if I put it in harms way. Does the rear differential have much up/down travel when driving? If it moves more than a couple inches it could contact my pump... |

Measure the distance between the bumpstop and plate it hits on the rear diff,that is how far the diff can travel upwards before being stopped. |

It was pretty close so I moved the fuel pump - now shouldn't have to worry when hitting a big thump... |
