for you guys that have installed lift pumps to replace the fuel gauge sending unit. are ther 2 wires coming from the sending unit or 4 wires?
the reason I ask is when installing the lift pump the mfg said the 2 center wires are the fuel gauge and the 2 outer are for power and ground.

The intank lift pump has 4 wires like the mfg says. Our wiring harnesses only have the two wires for the fuel gauge, but it uses the same 4 pin plug as the lift pump. You have to either add the power and ground wire to your existing harness or buy a harness with them already in it(liberty gas harness or Sasquatch parts lift pump harness). The gas liberty harness requires that you repin some of the plugs to make it work with the crd but it's easy.
