Fuel Filter Head (02 KJ 2.5L CRD)

I own an 02 KJ 2.5L CRD.
I observe the rubber seal underneath the plunger in fuel filter head is broken...possibly allowing air into fuel system(I have a crank no start issue).
Can anyone advice me the replacement part number for the Filter Head ...cant seem to find online.

From what I can find, the part number for that filter head is 5069072AA but it sounds like it may be discontinued.

The filter head used on the 2005 and newer CRDs (at least in North America) is 68043089AA.

Some people have installed a Racor fuel filter head, which is visually similar to the one you have.
