I think if I'm correct, you have the first version which was a racor. So it's different than what we have across the pond. If all else fails you might need to go with the updated version fuel head that id parts carries. As for the cold starts. Air in fuel definitely won't help. Are there any codes for glowplugs? If you have updated them to the metal ones than its normal. The metal ones don't get as hot but hey it's better than a ceramic breaking off and causing damage
Thanks for the reply. I have no codes nothing.. I do..however have a stupid leisure better on it.. it only has 80 amperes. ... will this make a difference. .. the sensored word has died on me 3 times..
The injectors are new .. bosch ones previous owner replaced instead of the cranks shaft sensor

I don't know if it has fuel in the air cos no matter what I do it stays the same.. 2 long cranks to start... then puffs to life.. runs sweet as a nut though. ..
