The new GP relay came in and I installed it, no noticeable difference.

I put the 7V program back in and did another voltage trace: https://youtu.be/fKcc0Q3QwrE

In my 50°F garage it does pop off maybe a second quicker, so I'll take it. When sitting outside at work all day still cranks for 5-10 sec with a nice plume of white/black smoke when it starts. I'm planning on running with the 5V GPs this summer, maybe put the ceramics back in for next winter.
