where is oil pressure sending located on crd 2.5 '04 model

You can download 03/04 FSM/parts manuals at http://colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ but I suspect it's at the same location as for the 05/06 which is just in front of where the oil filter screws in.

Hi O4 have a steel sump pan and the filter and sender is in a different position to the 2005. Its mounted on the right had side and its screwed into the crankcase into the main oil gallery.

Thank you guys I will check over the weekend.......I think Lacabrera may be correct. does anyone have pics of where the main oil gallery is?

Look up from the underside in the area near the turbo. The oil gallery runs midway up the crankcase and runs the full length of the block.
The oil feed for the turbo is fed from the gallery as well.
