I changed mine about 6 months ago and improved my MPG from 22 to 26. Now my MPG is back down to 22. I am guessing it's the MAP sensor again. I am just wondering how often you guys change yours and if this is normal? I do the the GED eco tune to disable EGR.

Unless you have either totally removed the EGR valve or installed a block off plate, the EGR valve can still be stuck partly open and leak by dumping soot into the intake and contaminating your MAP sensor...

Only sure way to 100% guarantee no EGR leak-by; either totally remove the EGR system or block off the EGR feed tube.
Tunes can only disable the EGR electronically, not mechanically...

If your MAP sensor is dirty, clean it.
If it doesnt function properly, replace it.

Im at 190k miles now and have only changed my map once. And Im pretty sure the old one was still working at the time.

Maybe you need a new air filter.
Or maybe a new fuel filter.

As stated above, block off or delete your egr valve.
And add in some sort of Provent to the crankcase vent.
Oil from ccv + soot from egr = dirty map sensor

I cleaned it once when I bought the jeep and it was pretty gummed up at like 45k miles, but I have taken it out a few times since then and now that I have the EGR off its been clean every time and I am now at 100,000 miles.

That said, my map sensor does read high. Using torque pro with the key on/engine off my MAP output is ~880 mbars while the ambient pressure from my phones internal sensor is ~800 mbar. 800 is what it should be at this altitude.
