2004 KJ Parts Catalog
2005 KJ Parts Catalog

Go through those and compare part numbers for whatever parts you're wondering about. That way you can see what parts have changed and what has stayed the same.

No difference to the suspension from '02-'07 besides coil spring rates.

I've been looking online for a suspension rebuild kit for my 2005 CRD and kits are offered for 02-04, 2005 only and 06-07 so someone out there thinks there is a difference.

Again the KJ's suspension from 2002 to 2007 are identical besides spring rates.

I believe the spring rates are based on the installed engine's weight!

CRD springs are stiffer than V6 springs

stock 410 lb/in vs ~300ish

however that was the 2.8 05/06

an 04 - would have been the 2.5 - no idea
