06 CRD with 132K miles on it. I am getting a misfire on Cylinder #1. I took out the injector and cleaned it as best I could, misfire is still there. Can I assume it is a bad injector? The connector is a bear to remove or put back on, could this be the real issue? |

You can try removing the rubber seal inside the connector. That should help it connect easier. You should try to get the injector tested before deciding to buy a new one. Are you having any air-in-fuel problems? If so, you should get that fixed first. |

Have not had any air in fuel problems yet, but I am going to change over to the new filter head |
