Hi Team, I need to call in the professionals for my "rough idle" problem and none of the dealerships around here can service the CRD (gee...they made a diesel version?) Does anyone have a Los Angeles, Long Beach, SFV, OC or Ventura/Oxnard suggestion for a mechanic who can put his ear to the hood and figure out wtf is going on? I checked the "Mechanic by State" thread and nothing popped up in my area. 73 |

Answering my own post: Bud's Diesel in Westminster, CA. http://www.budsdiesel.com These guys were great. Very happy. Their shop was full of Duramax's and Powerstrokes, but they said my CRD was not the first they've seen. They diagnosed and replaced a bad injector that was giving me trouble: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=86493 |
