Not recommended, the CVC system on this engine requires the vacuum/suction from the turbo inlet pipe to function properly! It has been covered in detail on this forum, do a search to learn more. :roll:
Best solution is to add a Provent, that’s what most people do.

I have 3 of these and 2 had a leaky return line gasket. The one at the block.
