I just got back from the Alternator repair place that rebuilt my alternator last year. I had brought the alternator in for a pulsing of the headlights and interior/dash lights that I thought might be the alternator.
Turns out it's not the alternator, so I'll need to chase that further sometime later, but the technician (actually, he owns the shop) said he doesn't use Litens anymore, as they've let their quality fall off in the last few years. He buys OAD pulleys and all the internals for his alternator and starter rebuilds from a company called ZM. They're manufactured in Brazil, and he said the pulleys outlast Litens (he also has way, way, way fewer DOA pulleys) and are half the price or less, generally speaking.
He was busy that day, so I didn't press him to find out the exact price of our pulleys, figuring my Google-fu could do it! I haven't found a price yet, but did find a listing on ZM's website. (http://www.zm.com.br/eng/catalogo.php)
