I had one similar to that. First I sprayed with PB blaster then tapped it lightly several times, , then I hammered a cut off chisel just slightly larger than a section of the hole gently into the original hole. Next, I clamped vise grips on the thin outer flange . I had my son put open end wrench on the chisel shank snugged up to the oil plug so as to minimize torsion and then I put firm pressure to the vise grips and he started putting progressively more pressure on the chisel shank and it came out.
Since the coefficient of expansion of aluminum (the oil pan) is greater than that of steel (the plug) I also got the engine warmed up just prior to loosening. Once broken loose it came out freely. I did same thing with another CRD that with first change the allen wrench took a lot of pressure and I thought it was about to strip.
I recommend having a fumoto valve ready to replace any standard oil plug before refilling with oil. They are also available on amazon with immediate shipping.
You might also put in some 5w-30 non synthetic cheap oil and seafoam or other engine cleaner along with a cheap oil filter for about $20 and run a little maybe 50 miles or so and then drain that and put in the good stuff. If you have to wait on fumoto just put some washers under original and anti seize on threads and don't over tighten . Then you should be able to remove with vise grips easier when it comes in or get hexhead bolt to replace it.
The aluminum threads in pan are easy to strip be careful but there are threads here on retapping etc.
Hope you already got it out!!
