If you want bullet proof no matter what you do to your Jeep, there is one option that has been installed and fully stress tested by quite a few LOST members.
Install it and forget it!
I don't believe anyone has ever reported a SunCoast TC slipping or shuddering along with a TransGo kit install, unless they had some other issues?

Known torque ratings:
Stock Mopar OEM TC is rated for 300 ft. lbs. max (406 Nm)
Mopar Euro TC is rated for 400 ft. lbs. max (~ 542 Nm)
Hemi TC is rated for? (have not seen a rating listed)
Suncoast CRD-1ES TC is rated for 600 ft. lbs. max (813 Nm)

Mountainman has one (Suncoast) that the TC clutch slips. Don't know if he has resolved this or not.

There's a local guy to me with Suncoast and he says he still got shudder. He said you need to do the supporting mods, updated front pump, shift kit and sonnax progressive line booster. I agree, just doing the TC is not enough.

I agree, at a minimum a front pump and TransGo kit should be installed with any TC replacement.

I have run a hemi low stall for about 100k and 6 yrs. It has a little shutter now and then but the front pump is original with a total of 220k. No mods to the trans at all.

I think more of the problems labeled TC are really pump pressure and or pump volume problems.

When I rebuild a trans I used a sonnax rebuilt pump and the transgo shift kit along with the standard rebuild kit of clutches, new steels, seals and bushings. I always use a rebuilt TC, low stall, Hemi. I get them from Transtar, or WIT which ever is the cheapest. These are the same or better parts every trans shop in America uses and if it good enough for them they are good enough for me.

Anyone want to weigh in on their experience with this unit? I am using the stage1 DIY tune and may decide to go to stage2 if this will handle it, but it isn't necessary.

NO. the TC specifically built by Florida TC for our Liberties is 13-35LS SD

Email from FL TC: " Best one we offer and recommend is 13-35LS SD is a low stall ,billet ,high
carbon clutch and hd splines with hd damper.
$549.00 + shipping.
Thank you"
This one is NOT listed anywhere in a catalog.

They do offer more of a 'stocker' type 13-35 just for the 2.8 for $209, https://www.ebay.com/itm/JEEP-LIBERTY-2 ... PM&vxp=mtr
