Sounds like marbles. Decoupler pulley seems good...tensioner not bouncing. Does a new alternator come with a decoupler? Any suggestions on an alternator. Still getting 14 volts across battery when running. Advice?

I got one from NAPA. came with everything, just bolt on. Core charge was 2/3 the price of the alternator
