Nice job, I mounted my compressor behind the battery and in front of the brake booster.

Mounting at the EGR location is interesting. Looks like it turned out really well.

For mine, I ended up doing the Sasquatch battery tray (wanted the bigger battery with my winch), and used the location indented for the webasto heater for the compressor (puts the compressor directly under the engine fuse/relay box).

Bugnout, that was my second choice for location. Nice and neat by the way. That thing looks cool with the actuators on there. But like Kafingerlos I want to get the sasquatch tray for the bigger battery. I also figure I can use the glow plug relay shelf to mount a smart charger and isolator to run a second deep cycle in the back.

Kafingerlos, that sounds like a really nice out of the way location too. I'm guessing the compressor is upside down? Also, I saw on sasquatch's site it said that tray weighs 50 something lbs. Is that right? That sounds way high to me.

Thanks. I have an e-locker in the front and a detroit in the back. I'm pretty happy with that setup. May go air locker in the back in the distant future. So many other things higher on the list still

What elocker are you running? The company I reached out to about an elocker said it was not compatible with the d30a

It's an Eaton E-locker. I didn't even realize there were others. Pretty sure it's the same part for a 27 spline d30. It says they fit 3.73 and up. Which the highest you can go in a d30a is 4.10. So you really only have 2 choices on ring and pinion.

E locker?
My understanding is that an E locker is electronic, not pneumatic.
Why do you need a air compressor?
