I'm glad you found that!
Not good for safety or for mileage.
But it's not something that would cause over-fueling, or exhaust smoke.

Finally fixed the boost leak on of the hoses was torn could even see it till I pulled it off to replace them and deleted my EGR and now I have a coolant leak coming from the drivers side dripping from the transmission and starter but can't identy where it's coming from .Looking at it from the top can't see anything but the from underneath all I can see it coming from the transmission and starter

Look up past the starter.
The only thing there is the EGR cooler and associated hoses and egr manifold cooler by the FCV. If all of those have been removed, and all the hoses, then the only thing left is the plug / nipple in the side of the head, under and behind the intake manifold.
There is also a possibility that one of the lines from the coolant reservoir may be placed such that it could leak back there, but i pulled mine out when working on it, so it wasn't an issue.
Regarding this head plug... There are two sizes. The early ones are smaller - 10mm ish. The later ones are bigger. M16 x 1.5 IIRC I don't know what the change date is, but my Weeks kit came with a small-sized plug. For my new, later model head, I fabricated one, but it's been 6 months or more so I'm running on memory. Seth might provide both now, IDK.
One other thing just came to mind. The engine sits high in front, so if you have a leak in one of the hoses above the engine towards the front, it could run to the back of the head and onto the trans, via the injector galley. (The "trench" in the middle between the cams.)

The plug needs to be installed with a copper crush washer if I remember correctly.

True
IIRC Sasquatch Parts sends one with the small plug.
I used one from a drain plug kit for the larger size.
