A new thermostat came last week, I fitted it toped it up and wow heater works well, the engine warms up in 3/4 of a mile and runs at speed just below the 1/2 way mark, working hard up long hill the needle just raises to 1/16" above 1/2 way and soon returns, so happy, I would be the one to receive a faulty new thermostat. A big thanks for all the good advice you have given me, have a happy new year. John |
