Hey crew,

What will cause excess engine movement at shutdown? I have newish engine mounts in circa 6000 miles and nuts tightened to 82 ft pounds. I also have weeks 1 and 2 stage installed so I know it will shut down a bit rougher than stock.

I also here a rattle when it shuts down which may be caused by this. No engine codes.

Normally this issue is caused by a bad engine mount! You may have to replace one again unfortunately...
Just to be sure, recheck all engine mount bolts and make sure they are tight!

Make sure you don't have any broken exhaust hangers. While you're under there, try to shake the exhaust in different areas and see if it might be moving a bit and hitting something.

X2

I had a clunk when shifting gears that I couldn't figure out until I accidentally hit the exhaust while crawling under the Jeep and the muffler hit the passenger side frame rail. I replaced all the mounts but that didn't help, so I took one of the old mounts and wedged it in between the muffler and the frame and all has been well since. A temporary ratchet strap around one side of the engine and subframe might help eliminate a bad engine mount as well. Just don't drive like that...

X2, good thought!

Harmonic Balancer / Vibration Damper would also be a logical check.
