You may want to replace the flexible rubber brake hoses! They can colaspase internally (can't tell it from the outside looking at them) and allow fluid to pass through under pedal pressure, but will not allow the pressure to bleed or return back when the pedal is released. Acts sort of like a one way check valve. This will keep the pads pressed against the rotor and cause overheating! Very common on some older disc brake systems. Seen this many times!
Also check brake pedal and make sure it is fully releasing! You should be able to feel a slight bit of freeplay in brake pedal with you hand before it contacts the plunger in the bore of the master cylinder... IF the plunger in the master cylinder is not fully coming back to the full "Rest" position, it will allow pressure to remain on in the system as well as it will not let the pressure bleed back (return) into the master cylinder's fluid reservoir when the pedal is released...
