Post subject:  cheap RRO UCA'S worth the risk?

So I found a new set of recently purchased rro uca's for $275 shipped. You guys think they're worth the risk. I know about the terrible customer service, but I've only read of one UCA from them that didn't fit/align. I wonder how many people are successfully running them? It's like everyone is ashamed to admit that they are using them or something? Was there ever a poll of satisfaction based on actual use? If I go new, I'll definitively go JBA, but $275ish is tempting. Actually I'll only go $250...

Im not sure how RRO's work, but the new JBA arms have the GM HD ball joints in them. JBA has their own super duper ball joints now that it looks like the arms ship with. I put them on mine a few months back and they are solid.

Hmm, I read some more, and found more people with fittment issues. Sounds like they are good if you get a good pair lol. I've dropped down to the $225 confidence level :ALONE:

If they gave you $225 to take them to the scrap recycler then it would be worth it.

Yeah, if it doesn't fit or squeaks it's worth nothing. Too much risk. Now I'm back to looking for a used set of jba's

I got all excited on a great deal, until I realized that they were for a JK. Someone got the letters backward in the ad.

Dang, that hurts! We're probably better off getting them new anyhow since he improved the design. I need to quit whining about the cost and just get a set as the OEM arms I put on about 40k miles ago don't have much life left. Forget the threads that say you can run OEM arms with an ome lift!

I offered the guy $225 and he declined, maybe I dodged a bullet. If anyone wants rro uca's for $275 I can send you the link. He also has a weeks egr delete kit at a discounted price.
