Does anyone know the OD of the intake manifold flange that comes with the Weeks kit? Looking to do a set of rigid CAC pipes and am thinking about totally removing the elbow and connecting straight to the flange. I cant remember if it steps down from the 2.5" OD elbow. I am hoping its a 2" OD. |

When I made my tubes, I found that a 2.5" silicone elbow was too big for the flange. 2.25" fit the best. 2.0" would be too small. The outlet from the turbo is 2.0" The inlet to the turbo is 2.25" |

I dont see a point in having a 2.5" hose on the cold side of the CAC if its only 2" on the hot side. Its not like we are flowing that many CFM so 2" should be enough. |

Yup. My tubes are aluminum. 2.0 from the turbo. 2.5 to the engine. Sourced all my parts from ebay and amazon. siliconeintakes.com is a good one stop shop though. |

I bought the elbows for my new intercooler from siliconeintakes as well as the T-clamps and they are all nice. I want to cut down the number of connections to a minimum. I've already popped a hose after I let up off the throttle at high RPM. My plan is to have an exhaust shop weld me up a set of pipes so I only have a silicone coupler at each end. The mishimoto tubes inflate like ballons even at the 20psi we run. |

I don’t kknow how the routing is with your intercooler but my passenger side was easy. Drivers side was a bit more difficult. But they don’t leak or pop loose at 25psi. ![]() |
