After installing weeks kit I hear a noise which sounds like a trumpet coming from I think the driver side. The noise starts around 2000 rpm and stops around 2400 rpm.
Any guesses?

Make sure that the elbow and intercooler hoses are still connected, tight, and not leaking.

I tried this but couldn't find any loose connections. Any hints which of these connections to check thoroughly?

If the elbow and hose connections are all clamped tight then everything should be good to go.

All of them. Any one that isn't properly tightened is a potential point of failure.

Ditto the EGR blank-off plate; make sure that it's fully cranked-down.

Currently running a Stage 1 here as well and have none of the symptoms you're describing. Are you sure that they didn't exist until after you installed the Stage 1 kit?

Were you able to remove 100% of the existing elbow/manifold gasket material?

It can break off in chunks, and in some cases needs to be scraped off. If any material remains it can cause a leak.

yeah it definitely not present before installing kit. I did replace the original hose with a samco at the same time. , I was able to remove 100% of the gasket material as there wasn't any.

This is a long shot, but have you dropped the serpentine belt from the pulleys and see if the sound goes away?

Have you checked the hose from the air box to the turbo? After I installed my weeks kit I had the exact same sound coming from under the hood. It took me months to finally locate this hose had sever cracks at the turbo housing.
