Does is have any active or stored DTCs when this happens?
Does sound like a sensor issue? Could be in the ECM itself?
Make sure all sensor connectors are making good connection. (Loose pins, etc)
Sounds like something is cooling off allowing it to start.
You could get a pitcher of ice water and pour on one sensor at a time when this happens and see if it makes any difference.
Electrical issue that only lasts for 30 seconds is going to be super hard to find unless you get a DTC to point to the failed sensor.

Good luck!
