I know some on here that are using the ELM327 Bluetooth OBD Adaptor with the Torque Pro App!
Need some of your advice!
I just obtained a good used wiped clean Samsung Galaxy GT-N8013 Tablet for $0!
Want to order a Good ELM327 bluetooth OBD adaptor to use with this tablet if it will work on my 05 CRD.
I know I have read on LOST there are different quality levels of the ELM327 bluetooth adaptor??? So which one or where is the best place to order one?
Pro & Cons before I purchase the adaptor and / or app for this tablet!

any and all advice from you experienced users much appreciated...

I honestly dont think you can go wrong with any of them because the Jeep's reporting is so slow that the data will come in pretty much the same for all of em. If you have other cars that arnt stone age tech, you might consider dropping the extra money on an OBD Link LX or MX.

I have one of each, a chinese knockoff $5 one, and an OBDLink LX. They operate the same on the Jeep, but on my 2014 F150 the OBDLink's data rate is a lot faster.

I bought two from amazon. Both were under $20. Both work reasonably well.
And just like the scangauge will randomly timeout after a period of time.

Thanks for the feedback, so the Galaxy tablet should work with the ELM327 bluetooth adaptor on the Jeep CRD?

Software is android 4.1.2
It has Bluetooth; but reading the specs online says this: "Bluetooth® 4.0 (Adapter sold separately)"
Does that mean it requires a separate adapter to allow the bluetooth to function?
I turned on the bluetooth, but it did not see my wireless HP printer here in the house!

Sorry for the questions, I am used to iPhones and iTables and don't have these issues...

Which one do you recommend as the best choice for the OBD2 adapter?

It either has Bluetooth or it doesn’t.

Is the printer Bluetooth turned on?
I hate HP printers and can offer no advice there (other than target practice).

Thats funny!!! :ROTFL:
Printer was free, so it's hard to complain!

So, do you have a recommendation as to the best choice for the OBD2 adapter?
