Can someone remind me the function of each of these. Which one is the bulk vacuum control and which one sends the fine adjustments to the turbo actuator for VNT control?

Can someone remind me the function of each of these. Which one is the bulk vacuum control and which one sends the fine adjustments to the turbo actuator for VNT control?

First one controls the vacuum to the VNT actuator, second one is just to hold/allow vacuum when engine is turned off/on. |
