First...redid the whole suspension...Al's Upper Control Arms etc.

Second...had Jim come over and do a complete Timing Belt Service including Rocker arms and valves

Third...replaced most of the driveline u-joints, cv joints (except front driveshafts), tranny and transfercase shafts/cv joints. Also replaced the TC with a unit from SunCoast (new tranny pan too). Both Engine mounts were replaced (both were broken and/or worn out) and I replaced the Tranny Mount.

Forth...did the EGR I and II complete delete and got rid of ceramic glow plugs for 7v stainless

Lastly...did the GDE Turbo Swap and the beautiful Thermostat Replacement with a 203 degree thermostat. I replaced every Intercooler Hose and Coolant Hose. MAF & MAP replaced...also put in a Turbo Boost Vent Gauge.

198,000 miles and it is almost like new but better.

Next gonna redo interior (front seats are so not comfortable)...haven't decided exactly what to do for sure yet. Might even pull out rear seats and build a wood plank floor (like an old truck bed) inside with two floor doors for storage.

Depending on Interior or Vice Versa...I want to do a Gun Metal Blue Satin Paint Job including door jams and find some non stock wheels to go with the paint scheme.

I spent as bit but there is not a new vehicle that meets my needs like the CRD and it was still much cheaper than paying $30K+ for a newer vehicle.

I subscribe to that philosophy!

I hope you forgot to mention the fuel lift pump. If you're still without one, I hope you don't have problems drawing air.
