Wow. I wonder if he has problems with people locking their bikes to his bumper.

Well it certainly is different to say the least. :ROTFL:
But it does look real strong, kinda like a cow-catcher on the front of an old steam locomotive...

Looks like he welded it together in his barn.

Certainly much better than anything I could do

But if I could weld up a bumper, I’d probably do something different

Wouldn't be my first choice of designs. But it probably serves it's purpose well.

Yeah, like when the bull knocks down a corral panel, you just drive the jeep into the gap!

Or maybe it folds down and doubles as a grill for tailgating?

Glad you guys like it. I had three criteria when I build it.
1. It had to be able to conceal the tow hitch inside of it. The arms even telescope to make it easy to hook up by yourself.
2. It had to be strong enough to take a deer strike without damage. Most of the grill guards you see on vehicles are only good up to a large house cat. :ROTFL:
3. I didn't want to adversely affect mpg if I could help it. It doesn't hurt the mileage at all, which kind of surprised even me.
I know it's not beautiful, but it fulfills its purpose very well. If you know anyone looking for one please pass the link on. Thanks.

See a lot of those around 'here'. We have a lot of irrigation and oil field pipe just laying around.. well, it's only a matter of time until it finds new uses! Some guys use that heavy tube for an onboard air storage tank.
When I saw it, I wondered 'where'... Aha! Kansas!
Good luck on the auction @farmboy
