Front passenger axle ground off grease zerk on LBJ

I think that's what I'm seeing here... Haven't figured out how they got close enough to do that though. Is my wheel bearing shot?

At least yours match. When I ordered mine, they came completely wrong the first time, the second shipment I got 1 greaseable, and one "sealed". At least they fit, so I just went with them.

To grease the one, I have to pull the allen screw, install a zerk, then put the allen screw back in when done. Seems to be holding up though.

Those are not and never were greaseable ball joints.

Replacement Moog lower ball joints have the grease fitting located on the side of the ball joint, not on the top. See picture.
There is NO clearance or access available for a top mounted grease fitting due to the closeness of the CV joint hence the small silver plug in the top plate.

The kind you show look like the ones I replaced. I believe they are OEM, and didn't have any Grease zerk.

I can't see any indication of wheel bearing condition in the pic you show.

If you get any radial movement from the outer axle stub when it is bolted tight, then they definitely need replacement.
