I have issues switching from 3th to 4th gear in my automatic transmission. I have to go really high in revolutions to make it switch gears.
I also get a really taught stroke sometimes when switching from Neutral to Drive.
I tested the oil/fluid level and I get this reading:

What could it be? Pls help.
